BJM Cleanouts LLC is a licensed and fully insured general home improvement contractor. The owner, Bryan Millikin, has over 10 years experience in residential general construction in addition to residential & commercial aquatic construction.

Looking for help to get rid of that old dining room set to anticipate new furniture but the movers aren't allowed to remove your old one? We can help. Whether it may be removing a mattress, getting rid of your old hot tub, or hauling away a refrigerator, we will remove whatever junk you may have in your home and and help make it a seamless process.

Beyond furniture removal, we assist families in cleaning out their homes prior to a big move with our professional and friendly staff. Some unique projects we've done? Removing the gravel around a pool deck and then another customer had us remove her children's old playset along with their deck as they had no need for it anymore. Sometimes we even get invited to a storage unit to help sort through belongings and then there are times we have the pleasure of removing gigantic boulders from landscapes.
